Basement subfloor systems separate concrete slabs from compatible finished flooring to support moisture management. Spycor Building Products offers Dörken DELTA-FL and Platon dimpled subfloor membranes in roll and skid quantities, plus DELTA-MOISTUREPROOF TAPE.
Basement remodelers, flooring installers, and residential contractors can compare coverage, floor buildup, substrate requirements, and installation accessories. DELTA-FL provides a capillary break and vapor barrier, the required assembly depends on the floor covering.
Confirm whether plywood or OSB is required, and follow the selected membrane and flooring manufacturers' installation instructions.
