Basement window wells retain surrounding soil to create space around below-grade windows. Spycor Building Products offers Marflex Stonewells egress window wells in sandstone and granite finishes, along with covers and installation accessories.
Basement remodelers, residential contractors, and home builders can compare well dimensions, window clearance, built-in steps, cover compatibility, and installation requirements. Plan drainage and foundation attachment as part of the installation.
For emergency escape applications, confirm the complete window, well, and cover arrangement meets the project's applicable requirements before ordering.
