Subfloor moisture barriers separate concrete slabs from compatible finished flooring assemblies. Spycor Building Products carries DELTA-FL and Platon dimpled subfloor membranes in rolls covering 328 and 354 square feet, respectively. Flooring installers, basement remodelers, and residential contractors can compare coverage, floor buildup, and installation requirements before ordering.
Choose a membrane suited to the intended flooring assembly, confirm whether a plywood or OSB layer is required, and follow the membrane and flooring manufacturers’ instructions for seams, perimeter details, and substrate preparation.
