Air and water-resistive barriers help manage air leakage and bulk water behind exterior cladding when installed as part of a continuous wall assembly. Spycor Building Products offers Dörken DELTA-VENT SA, DELTA-STRATUS SA, and DELTA-FASSADE products, plus primers and flashing materials.
Builders, exterior contractors, and building-envelope specifiers can compare attachment method, vapor permeance, substrate compatibility, exposure limits, and cladding requirements. For open-joint facades, review the specified DELTA-FASSADE model's UV and joint limitations. Coordinate membrane seams, penetrations, and transitions with compatible accessories and manufacturer installation details.
